Final del Verano - End of Summer

Bienvenidos a mi blog

Ya estamos en pleno mes de septiembre, a punto de finalizar mi etapa de voluntario en Eslovaquia, es un día muy lluvioso en Detva, la ciudad que he vivido durante casi un año.

Os voy a contar aquí cómo ha sido el final del verano antes de que fuera a Zilina para un Intercambio - Festival que os lo contaré en la próxima entrada.

Cuando llegué del viaje de mi padre, tuve unos días de descanso y el miércoles 20 de agosto vino Gio de Georgia para colaborar conmigo en el Uprising Festival de reggae en Bratislava, con Matej y otra gente fuimos desde el 21 al 24 de agosto al Festival.

Estuvimos trabajando en la zona del lago, recogiendo la basura y cambiando las bolsas, fue muy bien ya que podiamos asistir a los conciertos y disfrutar de la gente y del ambiente, pero el sábado cayó una tormenta grandísima que hizo suspender el festival por unas horas pero después todo se reanudó y volvimos al trabajo habitual y del festival.

A la semana siguiente antes de ir a Zilina, mi amigo Peter me llamó para ir cerca de Hrinova a hacer tirolina, fue una experiencia genial, con una altura increible y una distancia considerable. 

Del 28 de Agosto al 7 de Septiembre fui a un increible Intercambio que ya os contaré, mientras en estas dos últimas semanas que me quedan aquí, regresé a las clases para dar las últimas clases con los alumnos y saludar a los profesores.

Welcome to my blog 

We're in the month of September, about to finish my stage volunteer in Slovakia, it is a very rainy day in Detva, the city that I have lived for almost a year. 

I'm going to tell here how was the end of the summer before went to Zilina for Exchange - Festival that I will tell you in the next post. 

When I got the trip of my father, I had a few days off and Wednesday 20th August came Gio from Georgia to collaborate with me in the Uprising Reggae Festival in Bratislava, with Matej and other people went from 21st to 24th August at the Festival. 

We were working in the area of the lake, picking up trash and changing bags, went very well as we could attend concerts and enjoy the people and the environment, but on Saturday dropped a huge storm that did suspend the festival for a few hours but then everything resumed and returned to work as usual and the festival.

A week before going to Zilina, my friend Peter called me to go near Hrinova do zip line, it was a great experience, with an incredible height and distance. 

From 28th August to 7th September I went to an amazing exchange that I will tell you, meanwhile in the last two weeks I have left here, I went back to class to give the last classes with students and greet to teachers.
